De S+T+ARTS (ScienceTechnology and the ARTS) Prijs is een jaarlijkse Europese prijs voor innovatieve projecten op het snijvlak van wetenschap, technologie en kunst. De STARTS prijs promoot kunst als aanjager voor verangering en innovatie op het gebied technologie, wetenschap en samenleving. Het Ars Electronica Center uit Linz (AT) heeft Anne Nigten gevraagd voor een evaluatieve studie over de eerste drie edities van de prijs. Deze evaluatie is vormgegeven aan de hand van een verander theory (Theory of Change).
